Join us this Thanksgiving for a set menu that includes Russian Tea Room classics as well as Thanksgiving favorites.

Appetizers

Tea Room Red Borscht
Pickled red beets, seasonal vegetables and dill in a short rib broth served with a braised beef pirozhok.
    
Goat Cheese and Wild Mushroom Blinchiki
Crêpe filled with mixed mushrooms, goat cheese, melted onions and lingonberries.     
   
Foie Gras
Toasted walnut and cranberry brioche topped with seared Foie Gras and Wisconsin sour cherry compote.

Pelmeni
Braised beef pelmeni in a capon and truffle consommé with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms.    

Tea Room Market Salad
Mixed greens with shaved fennel cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese with a tarrm Red Borscht ragon vinaigrette.   

 

Entrée

Roasted Turkey Breast
Chestnut apple stuffing, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, orange cranberry chutney and natural jus.   

Boeuf à la Stroganoff
Red wine braised beef short ribs with house-made thick noodles tossed in creamy mushroom and black truffle cream sauce.

Chicken Kiev
Herb butter stuffed in a breaded chicken breast with a saffron jasmine rice, fig compote and mixed baby vegetables.

Butternut Squash Risotto
Butternut squash and braised leeks.

Kulebiaka

Salmon with slow cooked onions, mushrooms and vegetables wrapped in pastry, mixed roasted baby beets and pearl onions with a yogurt dill sauce.

Honey Basted Ham
Slow roasted ham sliced thin served with candied yams, almond and green beans.

 

Dessert

Tea Room Blintzes
Cherry and cheese, with vanilla ice cream.
   
Chocolate Pyramid
Bittersweet chocolate mousse with a raspberry filling.
