Appetizers

Zakuski
Mixed smoked fish with house pickled vegetables.
    
Tea Room Red Borscht
Pickled red beets, seasonal vegetables and dill in a short rib broth served with a braised beef pirozhok.
 
Goat Cheese and Wild Mushroom Blinchiki
Crêpe filled with mixed mushrooms, goat cheese, melted onions and lingonberries.   
   
Pelmeni
Braised beef pelmeni in a capon and truffle consommé with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms.  

Meat Solyanka
A thick sweet and spicy beef soup served with fresh made bobalki. 

 

Entrée

Sea Bass
Pan seared sea bass with a mushroom pea risotto served with a tarragon cream sauce.
   
Boeuf à la Stroganoff
Red wine braised beef short ribs with house-made thick noodles tossed in creamy mushroom and black truffle cream sauce.

Kulebiaka
Salmon with slow cooked onions, mushrooms and vegetables wrapped in pastry, baby bok choy, baby corn, Kohlrabi and turnips with a light ginger miso glaze.
 
Chicken Kiev
Herb butter stuffed in a breaded chicken breast with a saffron jasmine rice, fig compote and mixed baby vegetables.
   
Roasted Piglet

Whole roasted de-boned pig with herbs served with truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Potato Vareniki
Potato, herb and black truffle stuffed Russian ravioli tossed in butter and served.

Grilled Rib Eye
Grilled rib eye steak with scallop potatoes, baby vegetables and bordelaise sauce.

 

Dessert

Tea Room Blintzes
Cherry and cheese, with vanilla ice cream.
   
Chocolate Pyramid
Bittersweet chocolate mousse with a raspberry filling.
   
Traditional Cheesecake
Vanilla cheesecake covered with chocolate curls and fresh berries.
